Asana Recovery Weekly Team Update
Requesting Time Off, RADT Compliance for BHTs, Referral Bonus Extension, Mask Reminders, Trivia, and Local Food Suggestions.
Here is this week’s update for Asana Recovery team members:
How to request paid time off
If you would like to request paid time off, please follow this process:
Communicate with your direct supervisor and let them know your desire to use PTO
Make a request on Paycom and wait for approval
Once your absence has been approved, create a Google Calendar invitation for you and your direct supervisor for the duration of your PTO
RADT compliance for BHTs
All Behavioral Health Technicians at Asana Recovery are required to have an in-compliance RADT. Please contact David Juan to set up a time to discuss what you need to do if you don't have one or it has expired. Keep an eye out for related emails from our Compliance Officer, Maggie and please respond to her promptly.
Employee referral bonuses extended
Asana Recovery is extending employee referral bonuses through the month of July. We are looking to add Medical Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians to our team. If you know anyone that you think might be a good fit for Asana, have them contact HR.
Mask reminder
As a reminder, please wear your mask while working. With the increasing number of Covid cases, we want to ensure all employees are able to stay healthy. We also ask employees to be diligent about sanitizing high-traffic areas.
Asana Recovery trivia
Last week we asked Asana Recovery staff to answer this question: What is the most expensive spice in the world?
Answer: Saffron
The winner is Veronica! Congratulations on winning a $5 gift card from Starbucks!
This week’s question is: Which was the first country to use paper money?
Please submit your answers to HR. Correct answers will be entered into a draw for a $5 Starbucks gift card!
Local food suggestion
This week’s local food recommendation comes from Mark: Peanut Butter Crunch protein smoothie ($10.00+) from JuJu Bar.
This smoothie comes with banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and whey protein.
Juju Bar is located at 1696 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA, 92627.
It is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.
