A Passion for Recovery and Helping Others
Meet Sandra Pohan, the newest member of our Admissions Team, who joined Asana Recovery in September 2024. With a heart for helping others and a deep connection to recovery, Sandra is dedicated to guiding individuals toward the support and care they need.
Sandra has been in recovery for over four years, and working in treatment fills her with a strong sense of gratitude. Helping people find their purpose in life is something she’s truly passionate about.
A Life Rooted in Faith and Support
Outside of work, Sandra is actively involved in 21 Pathways, a faith-based recovery program that merges spiritual growth with the 12 steps. The name itself—"2 paths colliding into one"—symbolizes the intersection of faith and recovery, a philosophy that resonates deeply with her.
Sandra also has a supportive partner and two teenage boys, each following their own unique passions. Her oldest races BMX across California, while her youngest is an avid gamer. As a family, they love to hike, travel, and go camping, finding peace and serenity in nature.
