New Executive Director at Asana Recovery!
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Yesenia Umana to the position of Executive Director at Asana Recovery. Yesenia has been dedicated to Asana Recovery since its opening in 2017 and has been instrumental in the development of the Finance and Human Resource Departments. Over the past five years, Yesenia has led the implementation of Health Benefits and assisted in the acquisition of PPP Funds at the start of the pandemic, which was critical to our continued successes during this time.
As Executive Director, Yesenia’s main focus for 2022 will be to implement an effective training program for all new employees and provide ongoing, industry relevant training for all current employees. Asana Recovery will also be reviewing a 401k plan for tenured employees and working on additional employee retention programs.
Please join us in congratulating Yesenia on a job well done, and wishing her lots of luck in the new position and years to come.
