Hellloooo, 2023!
Happy New Year, Asana Team! We’re excited to take on a new year of challenges, discoveries, accomplishments and, most of all, hope for recovery…. with you!
End-of-the-Year Employee Awards
Asana employees are incredible. There’s no denying that. And we want to provide special recognition to some of our incredible staff. Stay tuned for award winners to be announced in January.
New Year, New Payroll (ADP)
Starting Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, all Asana employees need to be clocking in and out with the ADP app. Make sure you’ve downloaded it and are using it. If you need more information, check your Asana email for follow-up questions.
New Hire Spotlight
Erin Gaynor
If you’re looking for topics to talk about with the new Admissions Counselor, Erin Gaynor, try University of Alabama football or a shared love of coffee – she’s a big fan of both. She also loves cooking, exploring new things, hiking, and a new hobby: surfing. Originally from New York, Erin has also lived in Virginia, Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina (where she graduated from High Point University).
Erin is also in recovery. “After finding my own way in recovery I wanted to help others to do the same,” she says. Beginning as a Behavior Health Technician in detox, Erin now prefers working in admissions and business development.
Bridgette Curd
Medical Technician Bridgette Curd is a somewhat recent transplant from Arizona. That’s a good thing since the beach is one of the things that makes her happy, and she loves Trader Joe’s! She also enjoys attending festivals and concerts, cooking, and her cat Binx. She’s currently attending El Camino College. “Mental health and addiction is something that is very personal to me,” Bridgette says. “I hope to inspire and change the lives of those around me.”
Valerie Rivas
Valerie Rivas, a new medical technician at Asana Recovery, is a graduate of Northwest College. The oldest of two other sisters growing up, she now has a child and a dog. For fun, she enjoys reading and baking. Valerie became interested in working in addiction recovery when she got a job at New Project of Hope where she discovered that she liked helping others for a career.
M.I.A. Elves
The Elves are still missing! Anyone who finds one can win a prize.
